Where to use it:

This Bio- Engineered liquid fuel additive is specifically added to bunker oil (F.O, L.D.O, and LSHS) in industrial burner systems. Soltron^®-BF is a ready to use additive formulated for dispersion of heavy hydrocarbons, carbon, water, sludge and prevention of sludge formation. Treatment improves atomization and combustion.

Soltron^® can be used in Boiler / furnace at Factories, Hospital, School toward curtailing levels of gas emissions & soot.

How to use:

For the first application Soltron^®-BF is to be added in the ratio 1:2000 ( i.e. 1 liter of Soltron^®-BF is to be added for 2000 liters of Bunker oil) and there after 1:4000 (i.e. 1 liter of Soltron^®-BF is to be added for 4000 liters of Bunker oil) as regular dosage.

Soltron^® is to be added in the main tank before the tanker is unloaded and proper mixing has to be ensured.

Benefits:

Increases oxygen absorption ability of fuel through molecular restructuring.

Improves interaction of fuel hydrocarbons with oxygen by breaking molecular structure.

Breaks the sludge into combustible material.

Prevents yeast and fungi action that produces sludge in bunker oil.

Improves flowing quality and atomization of bunker oil.

Removes carbon soot from fire / water tubes, flu gas stack and nozzles etc.

Removes sludge deposits from fuel tank and helps clean every stage of fuel delivery system.

Helps save fuel consumed per unit of steam produced as a result of better combustion and heat transfer.

Improvement in overall efficiency of the burner system.

Reduction in maintenance cost, less downtime and fewer man hours required for cleaning of tanks, lines and furnace equipment.

Reduction in air pollution and toxic gases ( NOx, Sox, CO, HC).
